Outcome: A clear strategy and project plan are defined and organized, ensuring the client is clear on the "why" and understands the "how" behind their plan to execute their vision.

Stage 3:
This final stage combines active project implementation with the necessary infrastructure for sustained growth and leadership.
Primary Objective: To apply the defined plan, build momentum, successfully complete objectives, and provide ongoing product leadership (often acting as a Fractional CPO) to maintain effectiveness and long-term success.
Outcome: Real-world impact is achieved, the project is successfully coordinated over the finish line, and the client has sustained product leadership to maintain high standards and unlock new revenue channels.
